All good cowboys need boots!

I am sorry this video is sideways. I used our little point and click camera and it is not as high tech as our other cameras. But it is so cute that I decided to add it anyway. Enjoy!

Learning to Stomp in "du waadder" aka the water

Rain and Puddles

So you need to know two things in order to understand this series of pictures.

1. It has not rained in Waco for MONTHS! This was a very special treat. It even knocked the temps down to a cool 94 degrees!

2. We are hard up for entertainment in this house! A few raindrops and we rush outside with cameras and ipods and phones and just go crazy for a few minutes. Sure wish it would have lasted longer... about 10" longer!

We started small with the puddle splashing... just hands at first, but it wasn't long before he was in stomping through the puddles.

He wen back an played in the next little rain shower getting his hair wet and plastered to his head.

Food Allergy!

And here I thought we were in the clear for food allergies! He has never reacted to anything we have given him to eat. The bad part is that I'm not totally sure what cause this. I switched brands of lunch meat, but everything else he ate leading up to this he has eaten many many times. Poor baby. It is all over everywhere!

On a funny note... you know your son watches too much Sesame Street when he walks up to his daddy, taps him on the leg with a lint roller, and says "Two! Ah ah ah!"

These were taken last night before bed. His face wasn't too bad yet.

This morning it was all over his face though! He has still been acting pretty happy and normal though. He and Papa are reading the Bee book together.

Happy 4th of July!

We had a fun weekend with Bo and Sadie (Lisa and Papa too)! We went down to watch the Woodway parade which is the fire truck, a police officer and families walking/biking/strolling, etc. Basically people. There was some candy tossed and I had to defend Max from a flying Tootsie Roll. It was a close one!

Everyone loves a parade! Waiting though, not so much.

Max was a little afraid of the sirens!

Wavin' his flag all over the neighborhood.

Self-imposed prison

Max, for some weird reason, loved to climb under the stools at grandma and grandpa's house. After getting stuck once we moved it off of him and he just crawled back inside. I guess he liked being locked up!
